Mulinu Becciu's manic nightmare returned during the night between Saturday and Sunday. "I was returning home around 1:00 a.m. I left my car on the street because the internal parking lots of the condominium are very dark. Suddenly I saw my brother coming running. He was yelling: be careful, there's a guy in a hood. It was true. He was wearing a balaclava. He ran away and we couldn't catch up with him," a 34-year-old woman said in one breath. Only yesterday did she feel like going to the police station to file a complaint.

The warning

And unfortunately she had to add another disturbing element. Just yesterday morning she found the wheel covers of her car detached and placed under the vehicle. "Nothing had ever happened to my car. Unfortunately I can only associate the two episodes", she highlights. She is also part of the spontaneous committee of women of Mulinu Becciu born several years ago precisely to try to counter the actions of the maniac. The lawyer of the group is Gianfranco Piscitelli who will now also be the lawyer of the 34-year-old. "I was not a victim, until a few days ago. Now after what happened I no longer feel safe".

The appeal

The woman is asking for greater attention from the police: "There are too many episodes. This individual always acts in the same way. We need to find a way to stop him because he has been creating panic for many years among the young people who live in Mulinu Becciu". There are some areas that he usually frequents but his incursions have also been reported in other neighborhoods. (mv)
