Final act of the Walk of Saint Efisio, with the arrival of the pilgrims in the little church of Nora, the spiritual journey from Cagliari, crossing the territories of Capoterra, Sarroch and Villa San Pietro, to Pula, ended this morning. The walk in the footsteps of the Warrior Martyr, which started on Tuesday morning from the little church of Stampace, allowed journalists, bloggers and also several faithful to discover an alternative route to that of the May procession. The salt mines of Macchiareddu, the country and parish churches encountered along the way, and the various sites of high historical and archaeological value: during the four days discovering the south-western coast of the island, it was possible to discover a territory that deserves to be visited even away from the canonical summer months. The Cammino di Sant'Efisio is part of the project conceived by the Region “We walk in Sardinia”: tomorrow in Dorgali there will be an appointment with the conference that will seal the 2024 edition, with the protagonists of all the walks that in recent days have allowed us to showcase the most suggestive corners of the Island to promote slow and spiritual tourism.
