"Only a few cents for each worker, an unacceptable proposal". For this reason, the Fials union, with its provincial secretary Paolo Cugliara, refused to sign the agreement on the productivity of the employees of the ASL of Cagliari.

It is sad to point out once again, writes the unionist, «that the famous agreement on function assignments was not signed by Fials and is the cause of the current accounting vacuum on workers' funds. An agreement to which all the trade union organizations and the RSU itself contributed».

All subscribers to a negotiation that Cugliara defines as "at the very least "risky" because it was made "on trust" or "in the dark" and in the absence of a prior negotiation on the distribution of the funds, as instead provided for by article 10 of the current contract".

Fiasl is asking for "a per capita quota of decent productivity, equal to that received by other employees of regional health companies, such as, for example, the employees of Ares (about 2000 euros per capita), whose General Director has shown himself to be much more parsimonious and careful in the use of funds intended for all workers".

For the above, concludes Cugliara, «we ask the outgoing general director of the ASL of Cagliari to use the same tenacity and determination that he used between June and July 2023 for the assignment of functional roles, in finding a way that allows us to reintroduce the missing quotas into our funds, used to the advantage of a few, regardless of the economic damage, today caused to the remaining group (over 90%) of workers».
