The tragedy unfolded in a matter of minutes, the management of the San Matteo hospital ordered a diagnostic test to shed light on the causes of the death of mother and son.
And the Prosecutor's Office has also opened an investigation into the case following the complaint of Iorin Catalin Lovin, husband and father of the victims. The file against unknown persons has been opened for the crimes of manslaughter and negligent liability for death or personal injury in a healthcare setting . All the medical documentation regarding the case has been acquired. The Prosecutor's Office has also ordered an autopsy on the two bodies, which will be carried out at the Institute of Forensic Medicine.
