Again according to what was reported by the lawyer, his innocence would have been demonstrated so clearly that in the revocation of the precautionary order "there is no statute of limitations". In the revocation of the order, signed at 3:30 pm, the presence of "serious elements" would be denied.

"He answered the magistrate for 3 hours - the lawyer underlined - he gave his version and the evidence of the facts". And on November 13, the day of the judicial act, "Basciano with his partner and her mother would have gone shopping, together, at Esselunga, helping each other". A climate, in essence, according to the defense, very different from stalking.

Now, according to rumors, investigations into some of the statements or omissions of the ex-partner are not excluded.
