There is a suspect for manslaughter and failure to provide aid in the investigation into the death of Cristina Frazzica, 31 years old, overwhelmed and killed in the sea of Posillipo . This is the owner of one of the three boats identified by the police as part of the investigations underway since Sunday.

The suspect, a well-known Neapolitan lawyer, was subjected to interrogation; according to what has been learned, he would be the one who provided aid to the survivor. The hypothesis is that, after causing the fatal accident, he walked away - whether he was aware of what happened or not - to be clarified - and only later came back .

Cristina Frazzica was hit last Sunday afternoon while she was on a kayak together with her lawyer friend in the waters of Posillipo , in Naples.

She and Vincenzo Leone had rented the kayak in Riva Fiorita, where there is a small port for fishing boats. The two were at least one hundred meters from the sheer coast and two hundred from the beaches, as per the regulations. The boat that overwhelmed them, however, had gone where it shouldn't have . It remains unclear whether the speed or distraction of the person at the helm caused the impact. The only certainty is that the yacht continued without providing assistance . There are two crimes hypothesized by the Prosecutor's Office in the file opened on the case, manslaughter and failure to provide assistance.

Vincenzo Leone, 33, saved himself by jumping into the sea when he realized that the boat had not seen them and was about to overwhelm them .
