A packed house and enthusiastic audience for the national premiere of Pino e Gli Anticorpi's tour.
Last night at the Auditorium of the Cagliari Conservatory, after a long absence from the stages of the capital, the very famous island duo, among the most beloved personalities by the cabaret audience and authentic box office champions with sold out shows all over Italy, brought to the stage the show “Zeitgeist”, a whirlwind of comic numbers and characters who alternate on stage without interruption to represent the various ways of making people laugh.
From cabaret to clown, passing through short monologues, it was an evening of almost two hours of overwhelming comedy that retraced the brilliant career of the two extraordinary actors, fully immersed in the relationship with the public: 30 years between theaters, TV, books and the big screen, summarized in a tribute to the variety show and the "comedian-sidekick", the best of the duo from Sassari, born Michele and Stefano Manca, whose most famous characters were accompanied by Giovanni Arru, a virtuoso guitarist who was also ironic in his musical interludes between one sketch and another.
Michele and Stefano Manca have been insisting for fifteen years on bringing their crazy characters around Italian theaters, but also abroad between France, Spain, Switzerland and Germany, passing through squares, clubs and television programs.
After the date in Cagliari, organized by Andrea Vadilonga and RG Music by Gianni and Renato Piccinnu, the national tour that will see them as protagonists in various formulas, including the Musical “Pinocchio” where they will play the hilarious roles of the Cat and the Fox, will continue in many cities of the Peninsula including Rome, Turin, Genoa and Milan.
