Thirty-seven daspos against as many Olbia fans. The measure was decided by the Sassari police commissioner following the Torres-Olbia match, valid for the Italian Cup, on 4 October 2023. Measures motivated by the violent conduct carried out, including threats and intimidation, both by individuals and in groups, near at the Vanni Sanna stadium. The penalties imposed, reports the police headquarters, "are all attributable to the Curva Mare fans of the Olbia Calcio team".

Twenty-six fans have received the measure that will keep them away from stadiums for between three and five years ; eight years instead for eleven supporters with the obligation to appear for six years in the competent police station during Olbia matches both at home and away.
The supporters from Olbia, around forty of them, many with their faces covered, according to what the police station reports, arrived on 4 October armed with baseball bats and sticks, and lit smoke bombs and firecrackers near a petrol station with the risk to cause an explosion . They were then joined by police officers who seized the weapons and paper bombs to proceed with the identification of the fans.

Some of them had tried to hinder the checks by using rented vehicles or by refusing to communicate their movements to the Olbia police station. After the measures, they will have to stay away from places where football sporting events, even friendly ones, are held, both in Italy and abroad.
