The state road 129 bis, a Sardinian transversal, for Bosa and Planargia, in this period used by thousands of tourists, will be closed to traffic on Wednesday 24 July, for maintenance work. This was announced with an ordinance by Anas, to allow maintenance work on a metal girder of the Arst green train tourist railway line, damaged by a pirate truck last 12 June. According to the ordinance, the road closure will start at 6 am on Wednesday and will presumably end around 8 pm on the same day. The ordinance requires the company that must carry out the works to install the signs necessary to clearly indicate the alternative roads.

Traffic, for the entire day on Wednesday, will be diverted onto alternative provincial and municipal roads, which cross a stretch of the Sant'Antonio mountain between Macomer and Sindia. A fact that will create considerable inconvenience especially among tourists who go to the seaside.

Maintenance work on the damaged iron bridge had been expected for more than a month. The delay generated the interruption of the Trenino Verde's activity, compromising bookings for June, July and even August.
