Case closed and immediate trial set for next October 28 for a group of alleged cocaine and marijuana dealers who, from Olbia, allegedly extended their activity to La Maddalena, Porto San Paolo, Porto Rotondo, Arzachena and Oristano.
The immediate was requested for seven people and the investigation has an interesting peculiarity: it is one of the first in Gallura conducted with the use of the Trojan computer interceptor, the malware that transforms the smartphone into a total listening and interception tool. For the defenses, therefore, the question of the usability of the computer virus opens up.
The investigations started from Costa Smeralda, coordinated by the prosecutor Alessandro Bosco, were carried out by the staff of the Porto Cervo Police Station. According to the Tempio Prosecutor's Office, 800 grams of cocaine arrived in La Maddalena alone each month.
Here are the recipients of the immediate: Stefano Deriu, from Ghilarza resident in Olbia, Fabrizio Derosas from Olbia, resident in Pittulongu, Francesco Bagaglia from Maddalena, Federico Porta, resident in Porto Rotondo, Fabiano Corda, from Alà dei Sardi resident in Olbia, Simone Erdas, from Oristano but resident in Porto Rotondo and Mauro Careddu. The defenders are Giampaolo Murrighile, Luca Montella, Antonello Desini and Luca Tamponi.
