A special gift for the frail and oncological patients of the Palliative Care and Pain Therapy Center of San Giovanni di Dio in Cagliari. Four armchairs were donated by AS.FO Sardegna to the Odv "Vestiamoci di vita", to improve the care and comfort of the patients of the Center during therapies.
"One of the goals we have set ourselves as an association," explain Antonello Facci, president of AS.FO, and board member Mauro Cocco, "is to be present in the social sphere. An institutional duty, because as entrepreneurs we have the opportunity to help and donate and lend a hand to those in need ."
Moreover, every year, as Maria Cristina Deidda, palliative oncologist and contact person for the San Giovanni di Dio Center, explains, " about 6,000 patients access our care , and we are committed to guaranteeing them not only adequate pain management, but also psychological and social support."
