" It is a huge tragedy and it will be difficult to think that there will be no signs during life . There is a serial offender who rapes a little girl and I wonder, once it is done, will we ever see this gentleman free again? We have to throw away the keys, and if we cannot throw away the keys, we must change the law immediately".
The president of Veneto, Luca Zaia , said this this morning in Venice, commenting on the episode of violence against an eleven-year-old girl from Mestre , for which the 45-year-old of Sardinian origin Massimiliano Mulas was arrested.
"I know that in a state of law these things cannot be said, but when do we intervene if not in a situation like this?" - asks the governor -. Now we are trying to understand if there was premeditation or not, this gentleman must rot in prison. I appeal to the Government to act quickly", he concluded.
