Appointments in the ASL of Sassari, the anger of the Region: «In contrast with the bill»

The Region lashes out against the ASL of Sassari which last March 20 , in defiance of the bill for the reorganization of the health system, made new appointments by assigning new management roles to the Departments of the health company.
A headlong rush by the general manager Flavio Sensi , in which the regional health department "has detected a strong contrast with the contents of the regional law on the reorganisation of health care ".
Following the reform, the department recalls, on March 12th "a guideline act was issued in which the company managements of the ASL were reminded not to proceed with the assignment of new tasks of any nature , except in cases of indispensability and non-derogability in relation to the safeguarding of health care".
Conditions which, as stated in the note from the department, "from reading the document appear not to exist".
For this reason, the department, without going into the merits of the legitimacy profiles «which will be assessed in other places», has asked the director general of ASL 1 «for detailed and exhaustive clarifications, in the absence of which the relationship of trust on which the assignment is based should be considered terminated, jeopardising the existence of the contractual relationship» .
