With the cart full of goods he didn't take the checkout route. He waited for a customer to enter and took advantage of the opening of the barrier to try to get out without paying.

But it went badly for a 62-year-old woman from Sinnai who yesterday attempted the "coup" at the Har Dis in viale Marconi, in Cagliari. Because her anomalous maneuvers had attracted the attention of the security guards: one of the security officers stopped her before she could escape. Too strange, for those who know the dynamics of shoppers, that long pause of the customer - who seemed unsuspecting - in front of the supermarket entrance gate.

When she was stopped, the woman claimed to be an INPS employee and that the theft attempt was the first in her life. However, the police arrived in Viale Marconi and reported her for aggravated theft. The missed loot? Almost 200 euros, including detergents and food.
