Cagliari, a car catches fire on the street: fear in via Bacaredda

Moments of fear this evening in via Bacaredda in Cagliari, shortly after 9:30 p.m., when a car caught fire. There was no one inside: it was parked, the driver had stopped to go to the nearby pharmacy.

The causes of the fire are being investigated: it was probably a short circuit . The owner of the car tried to put out the fire, when it had not yet spread beyond repair, but in a short time the flames engulfed the car which was completely destroyed.

Firefighters arrived on the scene and put out the blaze. The fire did not spread to other cars and there were no injuries .
