«Violent and non-accidental causes». This is the belief of the investigators investigating the death of Alex Marangon, the 25-year-old from Marcon, in the province of Venice, whose body was found last July 3 on the bed of the Piave, four kilometers from the point where the last time.

Support for the hypothesis that it was not a suicide nor an accident that occurred during an "ayahuasca" shamanic ritual at a deconsecrated abbey in the area, as initially hypothesized, came from the outcome of the autopsy conducted on the body of the young.

The crime for which proceedings are being carried out, at this point still against unknown persons, is that of voluntary homicide.

The examination of Alex Marangon's body "renders a disturbing picture, that of a powerful, elusive attack during a struggle which does not fit well with the case", commented the lawyer Nicodemo Gentile, who assists the Marangon family.

"There is no reason - reiterates the lawyer - or reasons to believe in suicide or anything else."

From what we learn, the autopsy "showed a bump on the left side of the head, attributing the incident to more than one person".

The family members' appeal to the group of around twenty people who participated in the rite at the deconsecrated abbey of Vidor, "is to speak, with a spirit of piety": more people know what happened".
