"This further feminicide is not in vain." This is the appeal launched in a letter to the media by Ludwig Laisne , father of Auriane , the 22-year-old from Lyon found dead on 5 April in a small ruined church in La Salle (Aosta) .

The partner, Sohaib Teima, 21 years old, from Fermo, is "seriously suspected" of the crime . And he was already under sanctions for previous episodes of violence and mistreatment.

"Why was her tormentor able to approach her despite the ban on approaching her?" asks Laisne in the letter. And again: «Why didn't he have to wear the electronic bracelet? Why, when a provisional detention was requested in February, did the Lyon prosecutor not order it immediately, thus allowing the drama to occur?".

Precisely for the mistreatment suffered by the young woman before the crime, the French court in Grenoble recently sentenced Teima to six months in prison . And, again in recent days, the Court of Appeal of the French city has given the green light to the young man's extradition , requested with a European arrest warrant by the Aosta prosecutor's office which is following the investigation into the La Salle femicide.
